Due to the weather, there will be no Hermosa Boy's Basketball or Cheer Club practice after school today, February 17, 2025.

The Hermosa School Music Department has cookbooks for a suggested donation of $10. Funds will be used to purchase microphones, props, set supplies, costumes, and other needs for their upcoming performance of Beauty and the Beast Jr. To donate, please contact Ms. Hansen or the school office for more information.

A reminder that tomorrow, February 13th is our Hermosa School Beef Celebration Lunch. This is to thank the local ranchers who have donated beef to the school lunch program and for their generosity that has helped support Hermosa School and the Custer School District. Christmas Break has arrived and we ended the first half of the year spreading some holiday cheer! Check out these pictures from our First Annual Reindeer Games and our surprise visit from the Grinch! More pictures will be in the newsletter!

Mrs. Frieden's "Fiber Arts" exploratory class has been taught different techniques such as knitting and crocheting to make scarves over the past 9-weeks. Today they took their scarves into Rapid City and placed them on the presidential statues for those who are less fortunate and need to stay warm during the winter. Such a great class and a great giving project!

Don't forget to join us today at Hermosa School for the Middle School Holiday Program with performances at 1:30 and 6:00. Doors open at 1:00, enter through the Activities Entrance.
